Our Kids in the Kitchen/Community Program led by a group of adult volunteers, is for young people in Middle School and is held on most Westwood School early release Wednesdays from 1:30-3:00 pm. The youth learn some basic cooking skills resulting in tasty treats to bring home and share. They also participate in many Outreach Projects such as assembling care packages for people impacted by the recent hurricanes, making blankets for Project Linus, and making school supply packets for at risk kids in Kenya and Tanzania.
